Rivyr and I met up with kayakers Doug and Evan who had headed to Bate Island to enjoy what was left of the waves as the Ottawa river levels are the slowly dropping. Wave was still fine for surfing but not really big enough for any big moves and tricks. Beautiful evening to be out along the river, the lads had the place all to themselves.
