Our adventures today included a 9km loop of the popular Cat Bells hike in the Lake District. Some stepper parts with some scrambling over the rocks and a descent that seemed to be a million steps. The weather changed every 5 minutes or so, we experienced rain, wind and beautiful sunlight throughout the hike. The winds at the top were really powerful, at one point they knocked my hat off completely and a younger hiker grabbed it for me as it bounced across the summit.
