The historic Rideau Canal in Ottawa is waiting for mother nature to cooperate and thicken the ice before skaters can once again enjoy the longest skating rink in the world. Soon, they were starting to flood the canal yesterday and forecast temperatures are looking nice and cold for the rest of the week.
