Rivyr and I managed to get out for a late afternoon paddle today on the Jock river, finally back on the water. It feels so much more like normal when we get out to enjoy the outdoors, makes me forget about Covid for a little while. We saw many painted turtles enjoying the afternoon sun on various logs and perches along the river bank. Warm weather is coming thankfully we can escape and get out on some water to enjoy life.
