Kids were having a blast swimming in the Madawaska river the other evening, things started to ramp up once the Neste Plunge challenge was thrown out there, Aidan rocked it!

Rivyr and I spent some time in my brothers pool trying to beat the heat this evening. I also got to break in my new dive mask and snorkel during our swim.

Checked out the freestyle motocross action at this years Beachburgh fair. Some extremely talented young men doing some insanely difficult tricks at speed and height. Great entertainment.
