While out for a walk to take photos at lunch today I encountered another artist on the street. Patrick John Mills is an international award winning poet and abstract painter. He was working on the corner of Sparks Street and Metcalf Street in Ottawa’s downtown core. It was -21 Celsius at the time, cold weather for some bare hands on those paint brushes.
