The wind gods were kind and provided enough wind for the FourLines 2023 SnowSquall live kite race. There was even a healthy dose of new snow on the course plus more added every minute with the continuing snow front passing through the Ottawa area. The race was at Shirleys Bay on the frozen Ottawa river.
