I went for hike yesterday in the Meech Valley section of Gatineau Park. The leaves have pretty much all fallen from the tress and now are carpeting the forest floor, such a beautiful wander through the trees with the crushing sound of the fallen leaves. I was on trail 50 in the park, you pass though coniferous and deciduous forests well making your way to a couple old farmsteads that are now shelter for skiing and hiking. It was not very busy on the trail considering how nice the weather was that day. Here are some frames that I made as I walked the trails.
