A windy and cold evening to visit the Kelpies, an incredible sculpture in Falfirk, Scotland. These 30-metre high horse-head sculptures are situated in Helix Park near the M9 Motorway and are a monument to Scotland’s horse-powered industrial heritage. They are the largest horse sculptures in the world. A Kelpie is a shape-changing aquatic spirit of Scottish legend, they are said to be waiting to drag unsuspecting persons in the river to be eaten! We escaped unharmed, an amazing sculpture to visit.
